If you would like to apply for additional visa pages for your valid U.S. passport, please follow the steps below.
Schedule an appointment. Please use the online Appointment System to choose a date and time. After you have scheduled an appointment, proceed with the following steps:
Gather the following items to bring to your appointment:
- DS-4085 application form (PDF 58kb)– complete and print. Sign the form.
- The U.S. passport to which you want to add pages;
- The appropriate fee– To be paid in U.S. dollars, cash only.
Processing time & Passport pick up
Additional visa pages are completed within 1-2 days. You can return to the Consular Section to pick up your passport during the designated pick up hours. The Consular Section does not mail passports to any location inside or outside of Liberia. You – or a person you designate by name with a signed letter – must appear in person to pick up the passport.
