U.S. Citizen Services
The American Citizen Services (ACS) Unit at the U.S. Embassy in Monrovia provides assistance to U.S. citizens residing or traveling in Liberia.
We assist U.S. citizens with passports, reports of birth abroad, notarial services, and other citizen services. Please note that queries about non-citizen visa applications are not taken during American Citizens Services hours. Questions about non-citizen visa applications should be addressed to support-liberia@ustraveldocs.com.
An appointment is required for all routine U.S. citizen services. The Consular Section is located at 502 Benson Street, Mamba Point, Monrovia.
The ACS Unit is closed on U.S. and Liberian holidays.
Fees can only be paid in U.S dollars, in cash.
